Mexican Macaroni and Sausage

Ingredients:
1/2 lb macaroni, your choice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon oregano
1 lb hot italian sausage, casings removed
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup similar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package, adding one teaspoons of oil if desired.
2. Drain and toss with 2 teaspoons oil.
3. In wok or large saute pan, add crumbled sausage and stir fry until browned.
4. Add onion and fry until soft.
5. Add tomato sauce and oregano.
6. Cook on high for a minute until it bubbles.
7. Add rest of ingredients (including pasta) and stir fry briefly.
8. Stir in cheese quickly.
9. Serve as soon as the cheese melts.
