A new twist on a layer salad with a spicy kick to the dressing.
Ingredients:
4 cups lettuce
1 large cucumber, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, sliced
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. layer veggies in bowl.
2. mix ranch dressing, spices, mayo and sour cream.
3. cover veggies with salad dressing.
4. add cheese and tortilla chips.
