For enchiladas
Ingredients:
12 tomatillos
2 jalapeno peppers
1 medium onion, chopped in large pieces
1 bulb of garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. lay the cleaned tomatillos, peppers, onion and garlic on a baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven till done.
2. let cool, then blend in blender adding salt and pepper to taste and cumin.
