Ingredients:
4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
2 medium red delicious apples, diced
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes or 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes
1 1/2 cups mexican blend cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
red leaf lettuce (optional)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine kiwi, apples, grapes and cheese.
2. Combine honey and lime juice.
3. Toss gently with fruit mixture.
4. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
