Mexican Fruit Salad

The rum adds a special twist to this fruit salad!
Ingredients:
1 cup beet, cooked and sliced
1 cup banana, sliced
2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
2 medium apples, cored and sliced
1 cup pineapple, cubed
lettuce leaf
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup dark rum (80 proof)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
1. On serving platter, arrange beets and fruits on letuce leaves in decorative pattern.
2. Top with nuts.
3. Blend rum, lemon juice, and honey.
4. Pour over salad.
