Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash garlic with 1/2 teaspoon.
  2. Salt until a paste.
  3. Rub chicken pieces with all the garlic mash.
  4. Arrange in a shallow single layer glass dish.
  5. Sprinkle the lime juice tabasco sauce,and onion over top.
  6. Cover and chill at least four hours.
  7. Turning twice.
  8. This also can be done in a baggy.
  9. Remove and pat dry.
  10. Mix flour with the remaining.
  11. Salt, chili powder and cumin.
  12. Coat the chicken pieces with flour well.
  13. Heat a large frypan with about 1/4 inch deep of oil.
  14. Place chicken skin down, cover and cook 5 minutes.
  15. Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
  16. Turn chicken.
  17. Cook covered five minutes.
  18. Uncover and cook 10 minutes until done.
  19. Drain on paper towels.
  20. Sprinkle with salt while warm.
