1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey, for a lighter fat alternative
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 cup cooked corn kernel
1 cup salsa
2 pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (original flavor)
1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Cook ground beef (or ground turkey) according to taco seasoning package.
3. Stir in 1 cup salsa, 1 cup cooked corn.
4. Remove mixture from heat.
5. Unroll crescent rolls onto large ungreased cookie sheet.
