Mexican Dip in Crock Pot (Oamc)

Taken from an iVillage message board. I serve it with tortilla chips and fruit. In NO way is this low fat LOL
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (21 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
1 jalapeno, chopped
16 ounces velveeta reduced fat cheese product
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Place 1/2 in a large freezer bag and freeze.
4. Place other 1/2 in a Crock Pot.
5. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
