Hubby's favorite Mexican dip.
Ingredients:
refried beans
sour cream (i use reduced fat or fat free)
salsa (i use tgif mild salsa)
reduced fat shredded cheese
3 green onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat refried beans on stove.
2. Layer 1/2 of refried beans on bottom of dish.
3. Cover beans with 1/2 jar of salsa.
4. Cover salsa with 1/2 of the sour cream.
5. sprinkle cheese and green onions over salsa.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5.
7. Chill in fridge. Serve with chips.
