I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Favorite Brand Name Velveeta Recipes.
Ingredients:
16 ounces velveeta mexican cheese, cut up
8 ounces breakstone's sour cream
Directions:
1. Microwave velveeta in 1 1/2 quart microwavable bowl on high 4 minutes or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
2. Stir in sour cream. Microwave 1 minute. Serve hot with tortilla chips or cut up vegetables.
