Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup salsa
1 green onion, sliced
3 tablespoons chopped radish
4 large romaine lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Combine 2 cups frozen corn, thawed, 1/2 cup salsa, 1 green onion, sliced, and 3 tablespoons chopped radish. Spoon mixture evenly over 4 large romaine lettuce leaves.
