Ingredients:
1 stick(s) butter/margarine
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
6 tablespoon(s) milk
1 pound(s) powdered sugar
2 ounce(s) square unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine margarine, chocolate and milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat and cook until bubbles form around the edge. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar, a little at a time (this is important) until blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Beat to spreading consistency, then use as directed above. Makes enough for 1 (12-by-18-inch) sheet cake.
