This is a quick, simple and delicious soup.
Ingredients:
2 pounds velveeta cheese
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
4 cups chicken broth, cut ito bite size pieces
4 cooked chicken breasts
1 package taco seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
salt & pepper, to taste
green onions (for garnish)
sour cream
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
2. Top with green onions and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
