Ingredients:
1 can(s) 15oz chili
1 bag(s) fritos
1 pound(s) hamburger
1 whole(s) medium onion, chopped
6 slice(s) monterey jack cheese
8 ounce(s) sour cream
taco sauce
Directions:
1. Brown together hamburger and onion; add chili. Spread mixture in 2-qt flat casserole. Spread with sour cream. Layer with cheese. Sprinkle with crushed corn chips.
2. Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes. Serve with taco sauce.
3. Note- My family eats this with Jiffy Cornbread that cooks at the same temp and time along with the casserole.
