I've heard it called many different things, but not matter the name this casserole is sure to keep your family smiling! Can be eaten as a meal or served as a dip with tostito chips!
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger, browned and crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips, crunched
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and chopped onion.
2. Add soups and sauce to hamburger mixture.
3. Layer crunched chips, meat mixture and cheese into 13x9 baking dish.
4. Make 2 complete layers.
5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
