Mexican Bruschetta

Ingredients:
1 sourdough baguette
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch fresh cilantro
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2-1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Slice baguette down the middle and brown ever-so-slightly under the broiler.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and put on top of sliced bread.
4. Place under broiler until the whole thing begins to brown.
5. Remove and slice into serving pieces.
