black beans and pinto beans make great tasting soup. I calculate only 1 weight watcher point per 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, from jar
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder or 1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix in saucepan heat to desired temperature.
