Really good and easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can canelli beans, drained & rinsed
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
1/2 orange bell pepper chopped
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
1 red onion chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white sugar, to start
1 tablespoon salt
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
1. 1. In a large bowl combine the beans, bell peppers, corn and onion.
2. 2. In another bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well and then pour into the other bowl and mix well and then chill the longer the better and then serve
