This stuff is wonderful and fairly easy to fix! My friend, Deana makes this for all our work parties! I have guessed at cooking time, because I really have no clue how long it takes to brown the sausage or melt the cheese! It would depend on your method! Servings are also approximate, as we just spoon a bunch into a bowl with our chips.
Ingredients:
1 lb mild sausage
1 (1 lb) box velveeta cheese (the mexican kind)
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain.
2. Melt Velveeta in a pot on stove.
3. Drain canned tomatoes.
4. Mix all 3 ingredients in pot.
5. Serve with tortillas.
6. You can also do this in the crockpot. Melt the Velveeta in the crockpot while you brown your sausage. Then mix it all in the crockpot. Leave on low until ready to serve.
