This is a good change of pace burger. It's a quick meal and real good. According to how big you make them, they will make 4 to 6 burgers.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green chili, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Make into patties.
4. Cook in large skillet.
5. When done serve on hamburger buns.
