Easy coleslaw recipe to have on a summer evening with that grilled chicken and potato salad.
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage ; shredded
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 green bell pepper ; cored, seeded and finely diced
2 tablespoons onions ; grated
2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. Place cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion in bowl. In another bowl mix all ingredients.
2. Pour over the vegetables and toss well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to meld the flavors.
