Melt In Your Mouth Shortbread

This is my own creation. It came about when I was searching for the ultimate shortbread recipe but I found they were either too dry or too buttery or didn't have enough crunch. I have accomplished the perfect blend of ingredients to satisfy my taste buds. Read more . I hope you enjoy them too! (WARNING: one is never enough!)
Ingredients:
1/2 block butter (250g)
1/2 cup caster sugar (fine sugar)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup custard powder
2 cups flour
2 tblsp water
Directions:
1. Set oven to 109oC and line (or grease) a cookie tray.
2. Put first three ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Add the last three ingredients and blend until a dough forms.
3. Shape into a large sausage shape and roll in sugar.
4. Cut into slices (8-10mm) and arrange on a tray.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until just turning golden brown.
