Melt in Your Mouth Pancakes

A recipe I've had for a long time but never made. Sounds so good with the sour cream.
Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups milk
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mixmilk and dry ingredients.
2. In a smaller bowl, beat eggs, add sour cream and mix well, then add milk and melted butter. Add liquid ingredients to dry, mixing lightly. Mixture will be very thin.
3. Cook on greased gridle.
4. Serve with fresh fruit (hot or cold). Add whipped cream just before serving. Makes: 20 to 24 three-inch pancakes.
