Melon With Ginger

Refreshing, but with a slight kick. I made this up for a potluck based upon ingredients I had at home. Use a mild honey so as not to overwhelm the melon. If you like, add more or no blueberries. Feel free to add more sauce and change the ratio of ingredients to your taste.
Ingredients:
4 cups melon balls
1/4 pint blueberries
1 tablespoon mild honey
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
fresh mint (to garnish) (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine melon and blueberries in a nice bowl.
2. Pour honey and lemon juice onto fruit.
3. Grate ginger over top.
4. Stir well.
