Ingredients:
1 small cantaloupe
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 ounce preserved gingerroot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger syrup
Directions:
1. Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds.
2. Combine chopped ginger and sour cream, and place in melon halves.
3. Drizzle syrup on top.
