Fresh tasting, I love the combination of fruits.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp line juice
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh mint
3/4 tsp aniseed
pinch salt
5 cups cubed watermelon
3 cups cubed cantaloupe
3 cups cubed honey dew
2 cups sliced peaches
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring the first six ingredients to boil. Boil two minutes; remove from heat.
2. Cover and cool COMPLETELY!
3. combine fuit fruit in a large bowl. add syrup and stir.
4. Cover and chill two hours, stirring occassionally
5. Drain before serving
