This is a quick and easy Thanksgiving side dish.
Ingredients:
2 lbs sliced steamed squash
1 small chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. 1 stick butter.
2. 1 egg.
3. 1 sm. chopped onion.
4. 1 cup grated cheese.
5. 1 cup crushed Ritz or saltine crackers.
6. 1/2 cup milk.
7. Bake at 375 degreesr for 30 minutes.
