Had some cantelope at the very, very ripe stage. Paired with the frozen blueberries and some blueberry yogurt, it provided a very refreshing and good for you morning refreshment. Hope you like it!
Ingredients:
2 cups cantaloupes, large diced
1 cup blueberries, frozen
8 ounces blueberry yogurt
soymilk, as needed
Directions:
1. Place cantelope, blueberries, and yogurt in blender. Blend on low speed. Add soymilk, as needed, to obtain your personal smoothie consistency. We found that we didn't need additional liquid, as the cantelope supplied enough for us. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.
