Had this at a baby shower. It is simple and delicious! Serve with olives and feta. NOTE: Tabouli is a bulgur/parsley salad. There are about 30 recipes on this site if you would like to make your own. You can find prepared tabouli next to the hummus in the deli. You can also make your own hummus. In order to keep this quick and simple, this recipe uses prepared refrigerated mixes from the grocery store deli.
Ingredients:
1 fat free tortilla
2 tablespoons tabouli mix
2 tablespoons hummus
1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
Directions:
1. Spread tortilla with hummus.
2. Top with tabouli and shredded lettuce.
3. Roll up and enjoy.
