Mediterranean Vegetable Salad

Delicious summer salad. Refreshing and a change from plain tossed salad. You can add or subtract any vegetables you like. You can use feta or shredded Italian blend instead of crumbles. Great with the addition of black olives.
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes,cut in wedges
1 ea.green and yellow pepper,coarsely chopped
1 zucchini,cut lengthwise in half,sliced
1/4 c red onion wedges
1/2 c zesty italian dressing
2 tb chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 c kraft natural three cheese crumbles(or feta or shredded italian blend)
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes and vegetables in large bowl.
2. Mix dressing,basil and garlic. Pour over vegetsable mixture;toss to coat.
3. Add cheese,mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour.

5. Top with chopped chicken just before serving.
6. Salad can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
