Mediterranean Tuna Salad

This is from Whole Foods cookbook. Sounds a little strange, but it is excellent! I usually cut it in half. Serve on a sandwich, lettuce or with crackers.
Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna in water, drained (solid white in water)
1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained well
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
3/4 cup sliced greek olive, such as kalamata
1/2 small red onion, minced
1/4 cup minced italian parsley (optional)
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
2 garlic cloves, minced (1 tsp)
1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh not bottled
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
