Mediterranean-Style Vegetables

Flavorful and colorful. I love this.
Ingredients:
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup yellow squash, sliced
2 cups bell peppers, sliced (i use a mixture of red, yellow, and green)
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Comine all ingredients except tomatoes in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 8 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. Stir in tomatoes and serve.
