Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Combine onion, milk & eggs in blender. Add biscuit mix and blend until well-mixed, about 3 minutes.
  3. In a greased 9 inch pie pan, layer cheese and mushrooms. Then pour blended mixture over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the top with Fines Herbs to lightly cover. Chop some tomato for garnish.
  5. Fines Herbs is a brand name. You can also use herbs of your choice.
  6. ENJOY!
