Quick, easy, yummy Mediterranean-style pizza, just like the flatbread pizza at Uno Chicago Grill!
Ingredients:
65 11/20 g whole wheat pita bread
1 oz reduced fat feta cheese
5 cherry tomatoes
5 kalamata olives
1/16 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup spinach leaves
2 tsp parmesan, grated
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Bake pita alone for 8 minutes, until crispy.
3. Slice olives and tomatoes, and crumble feta. Place into container with lid.
4. Mix all ingredients except pita by shaking together in the container.
5. Spread mixture on top of pita. Optional: can not mix parmesan in with other ingredients, but rather sprinkle on top.
6. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until desired cooked-ness.
