This dip is so phenominal. When I make it I can never get enough. I usually make a double or triple batch since it is very popular at my house. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 package leek recipe mix
16 ounces sour cream
14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped pitted oil cured olives
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves crushed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 1-quart casserole.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Serve with your favorite dippers.
