Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans/ chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 roma or plum tomato, seeded and diced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tblspn chopped fresh parsley
2 tblspns olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, toss together all ingredients and chill until served!
