Meatloaf Soup/Stew

This is something I just threw together. Its basically meatloaf and veggies in a bowl. My boyfriend and I both liked it, but I still think I'm gonna play around with it. Thinking adding tomato paste might make it a bit thicker and tastier. We shall see.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/4-1/2 cup barbecue sauce (or worchester sauce)
1 cup of chopped potato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can beef consomme or 1 (8 ounce) can beef broth plus one can water
Directions:
1. Brown the beef and onions seasoning with salt and pepper. Add in most of the bbq sauce.
2. In crock pot put frozen veggies, tomato, and potato.
3. in separate bowl mix beef broth, water and any extra bbq sauce (to your taste).
4. pour beef and onions over veggies and pour beef broth mixture over everything.
5. cook on low for about 8 hours or less depending on your crock pot.
