Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 packet onion soup mix
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a muffin pan with veggie oil spray.
3. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients well.
4. Press mixture evenly into muffin cups.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
6. Let stand 2 minutes before removing from pan.
7. Perfect portions and faster cooking!
8. Great for freezing!
