Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
2 eggs
1/2 cup(s) fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped onions
1.5 pound(s) ground beef
1/2 cup(s) ketchup
3/4 cup(s) milk
1/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) sage
1 teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) snipped parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Beat eggs with milk.
3. Add to egg mixture: bread crumbs, onions, parsley, sage, and salt.
4. Fold in ground beef and mix well.
5. Place into a greased loaf pan and bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard into a topping for the meatloaf.
7. When meatloaf has baked, remove from oven and drain well.
8. Pour topping over meatloaf and return to oven, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
