Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef , 93% lean
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, shape in loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. You can top with ketchup if desired.
