Men's Health Meatloaf, portions downsized
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp dried mustard
Directions:
1. Add ingredients into bowl, mix
2. Put all ingredients into loaf pan
3. Bake 350 degrees for one hour
