The most simpliest meatloaf recipe!
Ingredients:
500 -700 g mincemeat
1 packet chicken noodle soup
1/2 cup cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Grease an oven proof dish and preheat oven to moderate.
2. Mix chicken noodle soup with 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.
3. Mix soup with the mince in a large bowl and mix well.
4. Place mince in oven proof dish and sprinkle grated cheese over top.
5. Cook in moderate oven until well browned, roughly 30 minutes.
