This recipe is one that I have made since I was in high school and my family has enjoyed this recipe throughout the years.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion (chopped)
1 large egg
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 (8 ounce) can hunts tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can hunts tomato sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and shape in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 450°F until done.
2. Drain excess grease, add sauce and bake 5 minutes longer.
