Ingredients:
ground beef
ground veal
ground pork
egg whisked
breadcrumbs
dried oregano
dried parsley
dried basil
fresh garlic minced
toasted pine nuts optional
worchestershire sauce optional
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
evoo
Directions:
1. Mix together gently. Use a ice cream scoop 2 make consistent sized balls & roll into ball. Place in a container. I like 2 give them flat sides 2 make browning easier. Heat a skillet on High drop in meatballs. I do 4 to 6 a time depending on size of skillet & 2 control searing times. Sear all sides of meatball 2 lock in juices. Remove & place on dishes as U do other batches. Then simmer in sauce til cooked thru!
