Super easy casserole that is always a big hit. Love something a little different! I use broth instead of wahter, have used chicken and beef, whichever I had on hand. Found online several years ago.
Ingredients:
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. italian-style dried bread crumbs
3 t. grated parmesan cheese

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce, (28 ounce)
1 c. water (or beef, veggie, or chicken stock)
2 cloves garlic, minced

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Mix together onions, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and ground beef.
3. Roll into 1 inch diameter balls, and place in a baking pan.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink.
5. Reduce the oven temperature to 350° F.
6. Arrange the bread cubes in a single layer in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
7. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and black pepper until smooth.
