Meatball Stroganoff

This is one of my family's favorites. Hearty, tasty, and simple. From the Old Bakery Cookbook.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
8 tablespoons milk
4 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon accent seasoning
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
4 lbs ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 cup burgundy wine
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for the meatballs and place into a foil-lined pan.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
3. Remove and drain (meatballs may be frozen at this time for later use).
4. Makes about 150 bite-size meatballs.
5. Combine the 1 chopped onion, Burgandy, sour cream, soup, garlic, and mushrooms.
6. Heat; pour over meatballs and serve over rice or noodles.
