Meat Stuffing for Turkey

This came from I Love New York Cooking For The Holidays. I haven't tried this, just posting for future use.
Ingredients:
3 lbs hamburger
1 lb bulk sausage
2 large onions, chopped
2 large stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
turkey giblets
6 -7 eggs
2 teaspoons sage
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 lb breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. First fry hamburg and sausage until brown.
2. In another frying pan saute chopped onions and celery in margarine until soft. Then dice giblets and fry until browned.
3. Combine all above ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, sage, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly and stuff bird just prior to roasting.
