Meat Shreds With Green Beans

Weight Watchers International 1977. You can use shredded pork or beef in this recipe.
Ingredients:
4 cups green beans, cut into 2 inch diagonal pieces
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lb beef, cooked shredded
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sherry wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Drop beans in boiling water; cook until beans are bright green.
2. In wok stir fry beans with garlic.
3. Add beef; cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add chicken stock mixed with cornstarch.
5. Add sherry wine and soy sauce.
6. Stir until thick.
