Got this from a 4 ingredient cookbook, just posting it here just in case!
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (284 ml) can cream of celery soup
4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon thyme
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef in fryingpan. Drain.
2. Add in thyme.
3. Spread into ungreased casserole dish.
4. Combine soup and water in large bowl.
5. Add potato, and onion. Stir.
6. Spoon onto beef.
7. Bake covered 350 for 1 hours
8. Bake, uncovered for another 10-15min or until top is brown.
