Mean Green Tropical Smoothie

I love the fresh taste of this one. I also like the way the parsley and orange and celery give it a little more body . Blend a little longer if you don't want the pulp, or juice the oranges first. But be aware, you lose a LOT of fiber when you do that!
Ingredients:
2 mandarin oranges
1 small banana
1/3 cup pineapple chunk
1 stalk celery
1 medium carrot
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon real vanilla
Directions:
1. Peel oranges - obviously.
2. Use frozen bananas and pineapple chunks (fresh) and cut into smallish pieces.
3. Add all veggies and fruit to blender like Vitamix or Blendtec.
4. Pour in almond milk.
5. Blend it's little heart out! Use the tamper to smoosh everything down!
6. Enjoy!
